Privacy Policy – Squarbles: Monster Match

This Privacy Policy describes how the game Squarbles: Monster Match ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), developed by NP LABS, handles information when you play it on Android (package name com.nplabs.squarbles). 1. Information we collect

Squarbles does not have its own user accounts and does not ask you to enter personal details such as your name, email address or phone number. We do not sell your personal data. Some information is processed by the third-party services the App uses:

Advertising data (Google AdMob). The App shows optional rewarded videos (for example extra moves, a free life, double coins or a free booster) and occasional interstitial ads between levels, never during a level. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may process your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), device information (model, operating system, language, network), approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data. Ads may be personalised or non-personalised depending on your consent.
Google Play Games Services (optional). If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google processes your Play Games player ID and profile to provide Play Games features and cloud saves.
Cloud saves (Google Play Saved Games). Your game progress (levels, coins, boosters, collected Squarbles and settings) may be stored as a saved game in your Google account, on Google Drive, so you can restore it on other devices.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing). Purchases (such as "No Ads", the starter pack, coin bags, booster packs and unlimited lives) are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details; Google handles all payment information. The App checks your purchase history through Google Play to deliver and restore purchases.
Local data. Your progress and settings are saved locally on your device. This data stays on your device unless you use cloud saves.

2. How we use information

display and measure advertising;
provide Play Games features and cloud saves;
deliver purchased content and restore previous purchases;
keep the App working correctly and improve gameplay.

3. Consent for users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the App shows a consent message through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before serving personalised ads. You can accept, refuse or manage your choices, and change them at any time through the privacy option in the App's settings. Users in US states with privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through the same option.

5. Children's privacy

Squarbles is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

6. Data retention and your rights

We do not run our own servers and do not keep personal data. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies and your account settings. Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, manage or delete your Play Games data and saved games in your Google account, delete local data by uninstalling the App, or contact us at dtdvnp@gmail.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
