Privacy Policy – Road Renegade

This Privacy Policy explains how NP LABS ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the mobile game Road Renegade (the "Game", package com.nplabs.roadrenegade), handles information in connection with your use of the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game you agree to the practices described here.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location. The Game is a single-player arcade experience. The limited data that is processed comes from trusted third-party services (advertising, in-app purchases, and optional cloud save) described below.

1. Information collected through third-party services

Google AdMob (advertising). To show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, AdMob may access device and usage information such as your advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device type and operating system, and interaction with ads. This is used to serve and measure ads, and — only where you consent — to personalize them. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases). When you buy a vehicle, a power-up pack, or the "Remove Ads" option, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can unlock the content. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Google Play Games Services — Saved Games (optional cloud save). If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your in-game progress (owned vehicles, power-up charges, selected car, high score, total kills) can be backed up to your Google account and restored on your devices.
Google Play Services. Required for the services above to function on Android.

2. Data stored on your device

The Game stores your progress locally (unlocked vehicles, purchases, power-up charges, high score, settings). This data stays on your device and, if enabled, in your Google Play Games cloud save. It is not transmitted to any server operated by us.

3. How the information is used

To display and measure advertising, and to keep the Game free to play.
To deliver content you purchase and to restore your purchases.
To save and restore your game progress across devices (if you use cloud save).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical errors.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Consent for personalized ads (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before any personalized ads are shown, in line with the GDPR and Google's consent requirements. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Game's privacy options. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not maintain user accounts, most requests are handled directly through the relevant service:

Advertising ID: reset/delete it or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads).
Purchases: managed through your Google Play account.
Cloud save: managed through Google Play Games (you can delete the Game's saved data from your Play Games account).

6. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data retention and security

We do not store your personal data on our own servers. Data processed by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies. Local data persists on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
