This Privacy Policy describes how NP LABS ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Mosquito Smash (the "App", package com.nplabs.mosquitosmashing). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name or email. However, it uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, including:
We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone data.
These providers may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, personalize, and measure advertising, and to provide game services.
To display and measure advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads); provide leaderboards and achievements; operate, maintain, and improve the App; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may be personalized based on your advertising identifier unless you opt out. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads. Within the App, users in applicable regions are shown a consent request (Google User Messaging Platform) to manage their advertising choices.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the App presents a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, in accordance with the EU User Consent Policy and the GDPR. You may grant or refuse consent and change your choice at any time through the in-app privacy settings. The legal bases for processing are your consent (for personalized advertising) and our legitimate interests (for operating and securing the App and serving non-personalized ads where permitted). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability; contact us to exercise these rights.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Advertising and analytics data are retained by the respective providers according to their own policies.
Information processed by our third-party providers may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards described in those providers' privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
