Privacy Policy – Mochi Pop

This Privacy Policy describes how NP LABS ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Mochi Pop (the "Game"), available on Google Play (package name com.nplabs.mochipop).

We do not run our own servers to collect your personal data. The Game relies on trusted third-party services (Google) that may process limited data as described below.

Information processed

We do not ask you to create an account or provide personal details to play. However, the following third-party services integrated in the Game may collect and process data:

Advertising — Google AdMob. The Game shows ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), approximate location (derived from IP address), device information (device model, OS version, language, network) and app interaction / ad-performance data. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we display a consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) on first launch so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or decline. You can change your choice at any time from the Game's privacy/consent settings.
Google Play Games Services. If you sign in to Google Play Games, we use Play Games Services to provide leaderboards and achievements. Google processes your Play Games player ID and related gameplay data (e.g. scores, achievement progress). Signing in is optional; you can play without it.
Purchases — Google Play Billing. If you buy the "Remove Ads" in-app product, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details; Google handles the transaction. We may receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed so we can unlock the feature.

Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Why we process this data

To display and measure advertising (and to offer rewarded ads you choose to watch)
To provide optional leaderboards and achievements
To process and restore in-app purchases (Remove Ads)
To keep the Game working correctly, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations

Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Consent for personalized advertising and, where applicable, for the storing of or access to information on your device (obtained through the consent message).
Legitimate interests and/or contract performance for providing the Game's core features, processing purchases, and non-personalized advertising where permitted.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by the third-party providers listed above (Google) acting as independent controllers and/or processors for the purposes described. These providers may transfer and process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards described in their own policies.

Data retention

We do not retain personal data on our own systems. Third-party providers retain data according to their respective policies. Advertising identifiers can be reset or deleted at any time in your device settings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can reopen the consent message in the Game to change your advertising choice (EEA/UK/Switzerland), reset or delete your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or contact us at the email above to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We rely on the security measures of the third-party platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we and our providers take reasonable measures to protect information.

International users

By using the Game, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where data protection laws may differ, as described in the third-party policies referenced above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
