Privacy Policy – Jelly Panic

This Privacy Policy explains how NP LABS ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Jelly Panic (the "Game", package com.nplabs.jellypanic). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

Information we and our providers process

We do not ask you to create an account or provide personal details directly. However, the Game uses third-party services that may collect and process data:

Advertising – Google AdMob. To show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information and ad-interaction data. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, personalized ads are shown only with your consent (see "Your choices / consent").
Google Play Games Services. If you sign in, Google provides us with your Play Games player ID and gamer profile so we can offer leaderboards and achievements.
In-app purchases – Google Play Billing. If you buy "Remove Ads", the transaction is processed by Google. We receive confirmation of the purchase but never your card or bank details.
Diagnostics. Our providers may collect crash and performance data to keep the Game working.

Why we process it (legal bases)

To display ads that fund the Game – based on your consent (personalized ads in the EEA/UK/CH) or our legitimate interest (non-personalized ads).
To provide leaderboards, achievements and in-app purchases you request – to perform our agreement with you.
To keep the Game secure and functioning – legitimate interest.

Your choices / consent

On first launch (and any time later) players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent request managed through Google's User Messaging Platform, where you can accept or refuse personalized advertising. You can also limit ad personalization and reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our service providers listed above in order to run the Game. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies:

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Data held by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

Children

Jelly Panic is not directed to children under the age required for data consent in their country, and it displays advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact dtdvnp@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
