This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Dice Royal ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), package name com.nplabs.diceroyal, handles information when you use it. By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described below. Contact: dtdvnp@gmail.com

1. Information we collect

Dice Royal does not require you to create an account with us and does not ask you to enter personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, some information is processed by the third-party services the App uses:

Advertising data (Google AdMob). The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process device advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID), approximate or precise location data (only where permitted and consented), device information (device model, operating system, language, network), and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
Google Play Games Services (optional). If you sign in with Google Play Games, Google processes your Play Games player ID and profile in order to provide leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saved games.
Cloud saved games (Google Play Saved Games). Your game progress, unlocked and equipped cosmetic items, best scores, and preferences may be stored in your Google account through Google Play Saved Games, so you can restore them on other devices.
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing). Purchases (such as "Remove Ads", "Premium", and cosmetic skins) are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details; Google handles all payment information.
Local data. Some game data (settings, progress, purchase status) may also be stored locally on your device.

2. How we use information

display and measure advertising;
provide leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves;
deliver purchased content and restore previous purchases;
keep the App working correctly and improve gameplay.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Consent for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the App will show a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, asking whether you agree to the processing of your data for advertising purposes. You can accept, refuse, or manage your choices, and change your consent at any time through the privacy/consent option in the App's settings.

5. Children's privacy

Dice Royal is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

6. Data retention and your rights

Data processed by Google (ads, Play Games, purchases, saved games) is retained and managed according to Google's policies and your Google account settings. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, manage or delete your Play Games data and saved games in your Google account, or contact us at dtdvnp@gmail.com for any request regarding your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
