Privacy Policy – Dawn Raid

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Dawn Raid ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), package name com.nplabs.dawnraid, handles information when you use it. By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described below. Contact: dtdvnp@gmail.com

1. Information we collect

Dawn Raid does not require you to create an account with us and does not ask you to enter personal details such as your email address or phone number. We do not run our own servers and we do not receive your data. However, some information is processed by the third-party services the App uses, and some stays on your device:

Advertising data (Google AdMob). The App shows ads through Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example 30 extra minutes of night or an extra life in Arcade mode) and occasional full-screen ads between nights (never during play and never right after a defeat). To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process device advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, device information (device model, operating system, language, network), and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).
In-app purchases (Google Play Billing). The optional "Case Closed" purchase (removes full-screen ads and gives rewarded bonuses without videos) is processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details; Google handles all payment information. We only receive confirmation that the purchase was made so the App can unlock it.
Local data. Your game progress, records, settings and purchase status are stored only on your device.

2. How we use information

display and measure advertising;
deliver the "Case Closed" purchase and restore it when you reinstall;
keep the App working correctly.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Consent for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the App will show a consent message (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, asking whether you agree to the processing of your data for advertising purposes. You can accept, refuse, or manage your choices, and change your consent at any time through the privacy option in the App's settings.

5. Children's privacy

Dawn Raid is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

6. Data retention and your rights

Data processed by Google (ads, purchases) is retained and managed according to Google's policies and your Google account settings. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings, delete the App's local data by uninstalling it, or contact us at dtdvnp@gmail.com for any request regarding your data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
